オフィスリンク: A High-Functionality FMC Service with Cloud Phonebook Integration

オフィスリンク+™ is a feature-rich FMC (Fixed Mobile Convergence) service that incorporates a cloud phonebook into the existing オフィスリンク® platform. Acting as a portal, the phonebook allows users to easily switch between optimal communication methods tailored to themselves or their contacts. With centralized contact management in the cloud, users can ensure that their internal contacts are always up to date. Additionally, by managing external customer contacts in the cloud, the risk of information leakage is reduced.

The core features of オフィスリンク+™ include the ability for corporate users of オフィスリンク+ to archive call history for incoming and outgoing calls, which can then be viewed and managed on the オフィスリンク+ server. To provide these features, the app utilizes the PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS and READ_CALL_LOG permissions.

Another key feature is the caller number identification. Even if the user hasn't stored work contact information locally on their smartphone, オフィスリンク+ allows corporate users to search and display information (such as company name or department and name) of incoming callers by sending the caller's number to the オフィスリンク+ server. This enables users to safely respond to incoming calls.
